Whew, we're finally back in Normal Mode. Things starting to look better?

  1. First, if you have Windows Defender installed, remove it via Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel
    • Windows Defender can't be removed in Windows Vista/Windows 7
  2. Download Microsoft Security Essentials
  3. Update the program
  4. Do a Full Scan
