Part 1.5 - What OS are you running?
OS stands for Operating System. We'll need to know what version of Windows you're running to continue.
This can get a bit complicated since there are 32 and 64 -bit versions of Windows Vista and Windows 7. (and in some rare cases, XP) If you're using Windows XP, you're most likely running a 32-bit version.
